# Request Support

The case submission form is currently unavailable.

To create a support ticket
Send an email to [support@loqate.com](mailto:support@loqate.com). Please remember to include:

* your name, organization, and a customer (end user) reference if applicable
* a detailed description of the question or potential issue
* sample input data (multiple records) with a) the actual outputs, and b) the expected outputs
* your API version, data version, and platform in use

Before requesting support, please become familiar with [our support case process](/support/case-handling/). We will endeavor to answer or resolve all case submissions, however please be advised that we are unable to fix any issues with individual address records, unless the problem persists across a wider set of data.
